Most video formats can still be opened and salvaged if broken, but I have an Ogg video that nothing wants to touch. Anyone out there know something that works?
Also, hope everyone had a great holiday weekend.

Does MediaInfo list information for the video?
I know VirtualDubMod can open .ogm videos. AVIDemux might, I don't know.If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them? -
MediaInfo recognizes it as an Ogg file but can't provide any details. Gspot doesn't recognize it at all. VirtualdubMod ditto. Don't have AVIDemux, but I'll give that a shot. Thanks for the reply!

You might also see if OGM Demuxer (a command-line utility, but you can create a shortcut to the program on your desktop and drag the .ogm onto it) can handle the video.
Originally, as far as I'd seen, OGMs were usually an Xvid (AVI) video stream, with one or more Vorbis audio tracks (.ogg) and perhaps subtitle streams. That may have changed in recent months with the HTML5/WebM developments, I don't know - and if there's indeed something new with the format/container, it could be that a lot of the software doesn't entirely recognize it, yet.If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?
