I have this mp4 player and i've tried to put videos into it. I've tried a LOT of video converters but it says file format error all the time.
I've tried to put width 320 by height 240, but it says file format error. The player only accepts 320x240. No matter what it always says format error even if it is the right size and converted to AVI.
The player is Hip Street Model:HS-3008-4GBBK
These are its features:
MP3 / WMA music playback
View photos in JPEG file format.

High quality digital voice recording
USB 2.0 high speed interface
