Ok here's the problem, I converted an anime video encoded in MKV format into AVI (without the .ass sub) then I add the .ass subfile from the original mkv container (which I demuxed) using Total Video Converter however once I played the video in some part the sub "overlapped" the screen thus causing it to look like the sub doesn't have enough space to finish. This ONLY happens in subs that are shown on the further edge of the screen, subs that are aligned in the middle doesn't seem to be affected by this nor does this "effect" happen in the original mkv video. Both the original and encoded video are in 640x480.
