i just followed step by step instructions for the vcdhelp.com divx to vcd mpeg all in one guide. I am trying to encode final fantasy.avi to vcd. i extracted the audio perfectly, and then i hit the tmpgenc to bring the video and audio together. i got the audio perfect, but no picture. what do you think
