    I have some camcorder dvds(small ones)that I want to copy to my laptop.I tried with several programs but can't ,all it shows are .cda files and only 44 bytes.is there a way with out using the camcorder itself?Iam on a vista system

    Does it record in standard dvd-video(you should be able to play it on dvd players)?

    Try use isobuster to see if it can find any files on the dvd.
