Which software can convert avi video and srt subtitles directly into flv file? Flv audio needs to be 64k 44100hz stereo.
I tried virtualdub+subtitler and ffdshow vfw flv, but audio and video desynchronized badly.

What is your audio source in the avi? Identify with gspot or mediainfo. If MP4 VBR Audio try instead use latest virtualdub 1.8 beta or virtualdubmod.
