    I've just got ffmpegx but I'm having troubles.

    I have located the 3 add-ons but it asks for a password. Is this for my user account I log on to when I use the computer.

    Do I have to be the administrator.

    Yes, it's your usual password that you would enter when prompted by Software Update; the admin account's password (which, if you've only one account on your Mac, -is- the admin account).

    os x leopard, I dont use password, but it ask ! I click cancel so...and showme the interface, I put the data and nothing!! please help me, tks

    Ok. I make a password in System preferences for first time in my life, just for ffmpeg and ...voila!, puuf, it is a error! tks
