Looking for an ultraportable digital camera with certain features

Can anyone recommend a model with all these features:
- no driver issues, readily recognized by XP and Vista (my current Samsung camera works in XP but sometimes not in Vista)
- good movie mode with a commonly-used audio codec that can be recognized by VirtualDub (my camera uses some A-Law/u-Law codec that is often uneditable)
- rechargeable
- pocketable
- cheap

if you think the price is too high,check the sd1000.it's only $159,but it doesn't have IS Optical Image Stabilizer
