Hello friends
Sorry to bother you with a newbie question.
I have just bought a brand new LCD TV Philips FLAT TV and I have connected it to my DVD Player with SCART cable at both ends.
TV input (CABLE TV) plays excellent however, when I tried to watch a DVD, I get a very pixeled image. I have reduced the sharpness to 0 but still I have very visible pixels on my screen.
Did I do something wrong?
Are there any tips for me to improve my quality?
Once again, excuse my questions if you find them unnappropriate, but you are my last chance
Many thanks in advance for your answer,
Mingul

Assuming the DVD player works fine on another TV and the fact that your new TV looks fine when using other inputs (such as TV), I suspect you just have a bad cable. Try replacing the cable and/or using a different input on the TV.
