I'm assuming the S-Video from the box works on a TV or other device using the same S-Video cable? I'm wondering if it's a cable problem or a cable box problem?

If it does, do you have any other capture program you can try with the card?

I'm not able to identify that card. Have you looked in our capture card listing to the left under 'Asus' to see if it's listed there?

Assuming it's a PCI card, you might try it in a different PCI slot, also make sure it is seated properly in the slot. Also try updating the drivers from the Asus site. Or at least deleting the driver and re-installing it.

    And welcome to our forums.
