Currently using the Videora Apple TV converter to convert some of my XviD files into MPEG4, but I am losing the 5.1 AC3 so it is down converting to 2 channel audio which is unacceptable. Any help? Searched the forums for Apple TV and got no results. Thanks folks...

You'd have to convert to 5.1 AAC format, which isn't available in Videora, as it uses FFMPEG as the engine. I'm not certain, but Megui might be able to do this. Audio only, perhaps DaudioK can do the job. Otherwise, Google AC3 5.1 to AAC 5.1

I'm trying to do something similar. I'm converting h264 w/5.1AC3 to .MP4. I'm having trouble with the playback rate. I'm using BeSweet+BeLight+Nero AC3 DLLs to convert the audio from AC3 to LC AAC and that part seems to work. Don't know if this will help.
