new pc and my hauppauge pvr 250

Hello folks I just got a new computer and its on its way as I write this and I am needing some help if I can get it. I currently have a hauppauge pvr 250 card that was on a old windows xp system with a intel celeron 3.0 ghz processor,550 ddr ram with a 16 mb agp video card and a sound blaster sound card. I was able to use my hauppauge card on this setup with great results. Ok my new system I am getting is a Dell inspiron with Windows Vista premium,amd 5000+ 2.2gz x2 dual core, 2gb ddr2sdram 360 gb sata hd. I don't have a video card or sound card on the system yet but will eventually get one. Now will I be able to use the hauppauge card off of the motherboard integrated video and sound or not? I am just curious cause I don't know if my hauppauge card will work with vista since I can not find anything on there site and they have not had new drivers for a couple of years it looks like. Thanks for any help and info.
