Nero failed burning DVD

Possibly if you disclose some more info about what you were trying to write when it failed (and failed burns isn't really that uncommon) someone may have a clue.
Have you tried and tried again (and keep getting the same error over and over)?

Your DVD media appears to be: Disc Manufacturer ID: AML..... Media type ID: 002 I don't know what that is. But I suspect that might be your problem. Looking up the code in 'DVD Media' to the left, it could be any of many different generic brands. Appears to be this: https://www.videohelp.com/dvdmedia/nexxtech-dvd-r-aml-002-8/3619

The error is: [18:33:17] NeroVision Sense Key: 0x03 (KEY_MEDIUM_ERROR) And that is apparently telling you the DVD media brand may be the problem. Not all burners, burning programs and players are compatible with all brands of DVD media.

Try a different brand DVD media. Verbatim is usually good and easily available. Cheap media is rarely a bargain when it doesn't work.

aml manufactures for lots of low budget brands - sky, nexxtech, etc. pretty horrible stuff. wouldn't touch it for free.
