    So yeah i'm exporting an h.264 mov file to flv. When i play it its choppy. like its missing frames. Any suggestions?

    Output: 23.98 fps

    Implies poor inverse telecine, or frame rate conversion.

    Another possibility: h.264 supports variable frame rates (VFR) although I don't know if the MOV container does. In any case, many conversion programs don't handle VFR properly.

    So what would be the best way to get a video file to flv then?

    I'm using FCP what should i export so i can then import that to ffmpegx and export to flv?

    Let me also say when it plays, the scrubber bar does not line up with the playing. And it will stop playing from time to time. I have to play it like 5 times in order to get it to play all the way through. Anyone?
