I repal'd an NTSC conversion of a PAL TV program running 52:37. I then used DGPulldown for a 24.975 to 29.97 flag. When I opened the resulting m2v in VirtualDub, the running time is 43:20 but MediaInfo says its still 52:37 (the correct timing) and GSpot says 54:48.73. The file size of the DGpulldown version is the same as the original. Is this just VirtualDub misreading an m2v or did something go wrong? I haven't deleted the original before DGPulldown. I just don't want to get rid of the original and then find out that the DGpulldown version is messed up somehow.
