Convert NTSC VOB --> PAL VOB

Hi all

What would everyone say is the best tool for converting VOB files from NTSC into PAL format?

check the "How To" and "All guides" on the left, but search for DVD-to-DVD or NTSC-to-PAL conversion instead of VOB-to-VOB (thats kinda pointless IMHO)

I asked the same question some time ago.

I tried it and it is not worth the trouble as there are so many cheap to expensive DVD players that will play both NTSC and PAL to a PAL or NTSC TV

Just take the time to search and read a bit as the sticky Sticky: "How do i get my questions answered on these forums" at the top of this forum mentions

Also if you search the forum NTSC into PAL there are tons of hits and tons of problems with jittery picture being one of the top problems.
