What is the spec for maximum HDMI cable length? How much does video quality decrease proportionally to the cable length?

I was thinking the spec was 10-15 meters...Some other info here....

There are several variables but here are some guidelines:
28AWG=5m
24AWG=15m
22AWG=25m
Using a booster/equalizer on long runs helps.
