Hi,
I have a WDC WD25 00KS-00MJB0 SCSI Disk Device and it picks up the hard drive in device manager and add hardware, ... , however, if you go to my computer it does not show up! How is that to be fixed? Thanks!

The drive probably hasn't been formatted before. Go to Start, right-click on My Computer and select Manage. Then open Disk Management. Here you can set up a partition, assign a drive letter and format it.

What type of computer? Is it XP?
Use partition magic too, also should PREP it for you. -
From what gadgetguy mentioned , it needs to be initialized first , before you can setup partitions and format it .
