    Hi,

    It might sounds basic (and it is...) but I can't play the DVD I ripped with MacTheRipper. I have all the files (including the VOB files), but no way to play it... I got crazy, because that stupid DVD player doesn't accept anymore zone changes and I want to see my movie!!!
    Can you help and explain how to play this?

    I haven't tried it on my Mac, but VLC should play VOBs directly. It should also play the whole DVD, menus and all if you use 'Open Directory' and browse to the VIDEO_TS folder.

    I don't understand this. Your DRIVE has a set number of Region changes it will allow, but not DVDPlayer. This seems more to be a combination of (1) an earlier, outdated version of MTR (2) and trying to play a movie-only extraction on DVDPlayer from this outdated MTR. I had that trouble all the time. The latest verion, MTR 3, fixes all that.
