Audio out of sync

Hi everyone. I have been trying for several days to convert QAM(WTNH-DT, WSFB-DT...) tv shows with freemake video converter. The files are convertered to wmv, but the audio is out of sync. The audio is ahead of the characters voice. It is distributing. How can i fix this problem?
My PC specs are:
Windows 7 X64
Intel(R) 2 Duo Core CPU E7500 @ 2.94 GHZ
6 GB of Ram
Direct X 11
Freemake
Hauppauge 1850
Hauppauge 1600
Hdmi connection to tv

If you convert to another format in freemake do you also get sync problems?

You could try another all-in-one solution like format factory, any video converter free.

And post the full details from your video source, use mediainfo.

Hi Baldrick. I tried to use the Any Video Converter on a tv show--Hart of Dixie-- and it did not convert it. It failed with no error code.
I am uploading the information concerning the file. Thank you for helping me. mary
