Isit easy to join mkv files?

I downloaded a new series and theyre all mkv files, each episode is split into 3 mkv's ive never delt with these before, i useGUiforDVD for authoring a dvd will these work well with it?

I think you can join with avidemux or mkvtoolnix.

No, mkv wont work with guifordvdauthor(if you mean it). If you are going to convert to dvd just convert each to mpg and add all in the authoring tool or use an all-in-one tool with mkv support like convertxtodvd, favc, etc and add all mkvs and convert.
