HEY i have a AD-1500 and im watching a SVCD then if i fast forward it or jump to a spot it looses AV sync.. anyone know how to fix it?.. the only short term fix i found is if i hit the AUDIO button the remoote 4 times and it goes back to channel 1.. then its back again but anyone know how to fix it right.. only on some SVCDs

ALso on Some SVCDS if i fast forward into the movie it keeps repeating like the first part where it says UNIVERSAL or somthing like that over and over again.. and then ill be in the middle of the moie and fast forward it and it slowly chops its way back to the beggining of the movie?? any clues thanks.

    It's a problem with the software used to burn the mpg. Did you burn as an mpg or bin/cue?

    For mpg's, at the very least get Nero v5.5.5.1 for burning. No scandata file crap to deal with.

    If you got a bin/cue, get VCDGear v2.0 and rip the mpg out of the image file. Then burn with Nero.

I too have an APEX AD-1500...my problem is that my audio becomes un-synched with the video, and the difference grows the further you get in the movie....I use TMPGEnc to convert my mpg's and divx files into VCD/SVCD format (I use the steps provided on this website) and the converted files play fine on my pc (no sync problems at all) b4 i burn them. but once burned, I start having audio sync problems. I don't have the problem on all of my cd's, but most of them exhibit this problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...
