Audio Sync Problems WINDVR + Nvidia

I use WINDVR with my NVIDIA XTACY 64 meg card, and i notice when i play the mpeg back in windows, the audio seems to match up fine...when i burn to a video cd, the audio is on a a delay by about half a second or so

any way to fix this, or get around it?

I have that problem sometimes, however, I usually see that the audio is out of synch while playing it back on the PC. I also have a problem when playing on a dvd player, there is popping in the background. Go to the nvidia site and download the latest chip drivers. This seemed to fix the problem for a while, then when I installed xp and redid everything, it reared it's ugly head again.
