Anyone know what program is best to combine two cd's (cd1 & cd2) then turn it into a dvd/vob?!? I'm having a problem finding a programs to combine two parts of a movie w/o it taking up a huge amoutn of space. IE 30gigs when cd1 is only 600megs and cd2 is 600megs. Any help would be awesome!

Virtualdub, but you have to set the compression correctly or get large files - as you have found out.
AVIDemux can do it with minimal re-encoding around the join point.
DVD Flick can take two parts and combine them into a single title, then convert the files into a DVD compliant structure ready for burning.Read my blog here.
