  1. ok, two questions

first, mov to avi. i know how to do it with the export function in quicktime, but lately, some trailers are utilizing some stupid feature which disables this. so i cant convert to vcd, etc. is there any way/program that will bypass this and let me convert?

second, i am using windows xp, the latest version of virtualdub and the latest version of divx. encoding with the divx video codec works fine. if i try to use the divx audio, virtualdub, this also does this with previous versions of windows/virtualdub/divx. anybody know whats wrong?

thanks in advance for any halp
