  1. Hello all!
I just recently switched from cable tv to iptv. And yeah I just can't get the tv onto my tv tuner. I know I can't mix analog and digital tv but what can I do, what do I need to buy in order for me to be able to watch TV on my computer?

Most of all I annoyed that I can't record TV so If some external unit exist please post some links (it does not matter if I cannot watch tv on my computer as long as I can record it).

    My current hardware:
IPTV "box": Motorola VIP 1910 HD enabled
TV tuner #1: Pinnacle PCTV Rave
TV Tuner #2: WinFast 2000xp Expert

    Please advise,
    shorto

You can't record composite or S-Video off the SCART connector?

I think normal Scart outputs RGB and adapters are needed for S-Video. Others are in a better position to comment, or your IPTV provider should know what you need.

If it's just a b&w problem it might be due to a PAL/NTSC issue. If your Motorola is PAL and your tuners are NTSC you might need a converter. Also, how you connect is not clear at all.
