i want to start working with a realtime software.. can any tell me which one to choose and why?

No. Why ? because there is no right answer.
You should download the demo versions of each, and have a go. Both work very differently to each other, and you need to see which one suits you.
Other factors to consider also include audio editing and production, availability and range of plugins, if you require them, availability of local training and assistance, and potentially most importantly, why are you doing this. If it is for personal work, then make the decision based on the things pointed out earlier. if it is for business, then include the speed at which you can work with a given package. If it is as a stepping stone to professional work in the future, then you should perhaps consider Avid or FCP instead.Read my blog here.
