I'm trying to convert streaming cable captures (.TS files) to DVD using SVCD2DVD.
I'm finding that when I try to convert 2.5 hour movies (almost 4 mbps average), the motion scenes are jerky -- not smooth. I checked and the original is smooth. I have it set for 2 pass -- that's the only quality setting that I can find.
Any hints?
