  1. i have done this before but a long time ago where you modify the "target" section of a programs shortcut menu under "properties" and something is added after it like " -window" and the program starts in a window. i cant find it anywhere online so if anybody knows how plz let me know.

    P.S. i have a laptop and it wont run starcraft full screen cuz it cant change to 640x480 so i wanna run it in a window see if that works. thanx.

    Under xp / vista , you don't get much choice using modern hardware for older games .

    Compatibility mode , either win95 or win98
    Display settings > check all
    Input settings > check to disable

    if you have a shortcut to the game exe on your desktop you might be able to right click and click properties and there is a setting on how to run it.. IE windowed etc if not make one by right clicking on the exe then click send to then click desktop short cut

  5. I wonder if that DOSbox will help me to play XCOM1 again......

    I LOVED THAT GAME!!!!.... can't be run in anything faster than a pentium 1.
