  3. I tried MeGui but it crashed everytime I've used it, even though I had the proper .NET framework installed. I've also tried like 3 or 4 other programs, but I'll try out the other 3 you have listed.

    Do I need to install anything else? Or just 1 of those programs?

    Videora iPod Converter is a free front end to X264 and FFMpeg and seems to work. The templates it installs are all for iPods, but you can create your own as well.
