Hi all,
whell, my problem is that I have to capture stills during the streaming of a video, I try to explain better:
I have a Aver Media Tv Capture 98, Win Xp as OS, I'd like to capture just some stills (using hotkeys...) from what I'm watching (usually the output of a VCR plugged into te composite in of the Aver98), I usually work with Virtualdub, but I've not found that it can capture stills.

Ehm! I forgot a thing, I don't want to use the program boundled with the capture card (it can capture stills), is crappy and has just 3 resolution from which to choose.
And, it would be appreciated a freeware software suggestion! ^_^
