Could anyone point me in the right direction to finding an app or utility that will de-interlace my XVID DVD-Rips. I have been backing up my dvd collection and the first 15 or so movies, I forgot to enable de-interlacing on the video encoding. Is there an app that exists that can de-interlace a video file without doing a full re-encode and leaving the audio stream intact?
Thanks in advance!

And that assumes it can be fixed, which isn't likely. If you've resized in the vertical direction, the chances are very good you've messed up the field structure and made fixing it impossible. And since you mentioned movies, the chances are pretty good that deinterlacing isn't what you want anyway. You probably should have IVTC'd these movies to begin with. Time for you to do some serious study about encoding movies, and start all over again. Either that or let AutoGK handle it until you learn something about encoding.
