Hi all, does anyone in here know if there exist video editing software with a BPM (beats per minute) timeline instead of FPS and/or seconds. I wanna edit clips so it fits my music.

Vegas may support it, although you will still be limited somewhat by the actual framerate of the video. For instance 120BPM gives 2 beats per second. PAL video gives you 25 possible cut points in that same second. Only one frame will be on the beat. The other will be off by one frame.
Even if it doesn't support BPM on the timeline, Vegas gives you a very clear view of the audio track, and makes it very easy to cut to music.Read my blog here.

it doesn't have to be 100% accurate... So I will try it out
