  1. I have 12 WMV clips that i downloaded couple of days ago, i wanted to join them with ASF Join but it can't. 11 clips out of 12 have same properties but 1 clip between them is different. I want a tool which can convert that clip into exactly like other clips so i don't have to re-encode all other clips.

Clips properties : (From Video Studio 10)
    VIDEO
    Windows Media Video V8
    24 bits, 320 x 240, 30.000 frames/sec

    AUDIO
    Windows Media Audio V8
    32.000 KHz, 16 bits, Stereo
    Aspect Ratio: 1.33 : 1.00

    The different clip's properties :
    VIDEO :
    Windows Media Video V7
    24 bits, 176 x 144, 15.000 frames/sec

    AUDIO :
    Windows Media Audio V8
    16.000 KHz, 16 bits, Mono
    Aspect Ratio: 1.22 : 1.00
    ================

I tried myself to convert it similar to other clips with Ulead Video Studio 10 using custom preset but ASF Join still says that this clip does'nt match with previous.

Windows Media Encoder should be able to, but you may have to use an avisynth script to resize the video and double the framerate. Also expect the image to look substantially lower in quality because it is only half the resolution and framerate of the other clips.

  3. Ok, i have installed windows media encoder.
In session i use convert video file, after loading the target file it shows a screen (How do you want to distribute your content)
I Choose File Download(computer playback), then next.
Now it shows encoding options, what should i do here?
There is no option to make custom preset.
Can you please be more specific.
