I've got a strange problem - After I've encoded a perfectly good file, I'll try and cut it to fit onto CDs and the resulting cut file will be slightly choppy in video and audio.. almost like there are dropped frames. What I don't understand is that I was doing the same thing a month ago and it worked fine. I even reformatted my C: drive and reinstalled XP thinking it could be one of the codecs I installed, but still get the same problem. The original file is perfect, so that's the odd thing about the problem...
Thanks in advance!
