Hi All!
I have captured a video from an old VHS tape. I'm using Pinnacle AV/DV to capture.
I think the colors are kind of lighter. The VCR output connects to a PAL-M/NTSC transcoder. Do you think the video may lose quality by using the transcoder?
Is there a way to improve the capture quality while capturing?
Thanks in advance!

Get a color corrector...It will adjust the colors, the more expensive ones can adjust the black level.

Is this color corrector a hardware? Or a software?
Is it done during or after the capture?Best regards,
Joelson.
