Hello, recenlty i am having trouble with my dvd.

When i burn my dvd-r it goes fine, but when i play it on any home dvd's it plays well, but after a jump to another chapter, it gets stuck. (I have had the same problem with DVD+R too).

So my question is: what can i do about it, because i cant afford my burnt DVD's.

The answer is DON'T user all-in-one converters like WinAVI and other clones.

If you search through this forum you will notice that there is a strong opinion against all-in-converters. Use more robust tools like TMPEnc, HCEnc etc to convert and burn.

    1) Use quality media.

    2) If you have to use an all-in-one tool, try convertx2dvd. It seems to be the most reliable.

    3) Get a Divx certified player and not convert any files. Just burn as data and play.
