    Hey there, i wasnt sure where to put this topic, so sorry if it is in the wrong spot.
    here is my question.

    on this version of Sony Vegas: http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/products/product.asp?pid=446 (the basic movie studio) is there any patch/download availible so i can convert to mp4?

    currently i dont see the option so i can convert it. i went to "render as" and "make movie" and neither had the mp4 file type availible.

    feedback would be greatly appreciated please.

    only mpeg1 and mpeg2 video support in your version. you will have to use a different tool. try one of these.

    i dont understand why they made it so i cant use mp4 (the quicktime one).
