    Hi all
    I know for the most part the process, i get most of my .avi to DVD files looks and plays well on a standalone DVD players.

    But i don't understand what the process file is telling me.

    Apparently you encode to the same video size (624x352) as your source file. Unfortunately, this is not a valid size for DVD. You should scale to 720x480 (or 704x480) and set a 'DVD 16:9' aspect ratio.
    Apparently you encode from 23.976 fps to 29.97 fps. Doing this, you are creating extra frames needlessly, wasting space and slightly distorting the motion smoothness. Just add a 3:2 pulldown to the 'NTSC Film' video to avoid that.

    You seem to be encoding the audio from stereo to 5.1 surround. Encoding to stereo should be sufficient, although I doubt it will do any harm.
