    Hi Friends,
    Is there any software/Tool that converts complete DVD (NTSC system) to DVD (PAL system) as it is ie., the dvd features like menus chapters, special features etc all should be there. What I mean is I should convert the total DVD which is copied to Hard disk should be converted into pal system.

    And for what reason ?
    Because if you are sending overseas to a PAL native country, odds are 99% chance it will play fine.
    Only we got screwed by being mostly locked into playing one format
