  1. I looked around here and the internet and couldn't find anything close to this. I can extract audio from an mpeg that I created with a pocket pc. I need something that will allow me replace the audio from the mpeg. At home I can do this with tmpeg. Does anyone know if there is a program that can run off a USB stick that will allow me to do this?

You can use Vdubmod X from a USB drive for muxing/demuxing. It's here:

You could use Portable Audacity for audio editing, depending on the type of audio (I don't think it handles ac3 but I could be wrong). It's here:

Audacity does not handle AC3, I use BeLight to convert to wav for editing.
And BeLight works portably for me, I simply copied it to my portable drive. (I don't know if it is "stealthy" though, it might leave traces on the host computer.)
