Well i was wondering is there a program that i could use that will burn a MPEG/file Movie to dvd without it having to be converted to a Iso/Img/Vob file?

You could burn it as a data disc and your standalone player may play it as a MPEG. But for a regular DVD, you need to author the MPEG files to the DVD format in a VIDEO_TS folder if you want a compatible DVD disc.

You don't have to convert a VIDEO_TS folder to a ISO format to burn though. ImgBurn can burn the folder in 'Build' mode.
