  1. I havent converted anything in about a year or two, but I remember there was a way to convert Xvid files using VirtualDub and TMPEGEnc, and then I would burn using DVDMovieFactory. I remember it was something like loading the video in VDub and converting the audio to WAV, then loading the video and audio in TMPEG and...thats where I get stuck and dont remember what to do, if I am even remembering correctly. I looked at the how to guides but didnt really find what I was looking for. I know I could always convert it to VCD but I dont wanna lose the video quality, and I could let DVD MF convert it and burn it but I encounter sync trouble sometimes and it also takes forever. I remember when I would convert the audio and then load it in MF, it would only take 30-45 minutes, if that long. So, can someone point me in the right direction if they know what Im talking about?? Thanks.

Try using Convertxtodvd. Does all that, with much better results.
