Timestamping VirtualDub capture

I'm looking for a plugin to timestamp (in realtime) a VirtualDub capture. I'm capturing a live feed from my webcam which is monitoring a specific item for security. (This is a short time event hence the reason I'm not going with a dedicated security setup).

I can find all kinds of links to Thomas Hargrove's plugin (Add Frame Numbers) but neither of his sites are working. This plugin looked like the prize at the end of the rainbow for this purpose but unfortunately it's not available - anywhere.

It's too bad that it seems only one person ever created such a plugin for VirtualDub. Does anyone have another solution or know where I can obtain Thomas' plugin?
