I am trying to convert a 6.03GB VOB file to a size that will fit on a DVD by using the dvd4 Tool in the Tools tab. The file is a single VOB file, created from MacTheRipper. The conversion fails with the folloing log... any ideas?

I've found the source of the "%d" error, in my case at least. It's the DVD distributor's splash screen (or whatever it's called) that precedes the movie proper. Once removed, DVD4 worked without a failure.
Here's a workaround: rip the movie using 0SEx, with Fmt set to "Prog. Streams" and Seg set to "Cell." You'll end up with a folder filled with many VOB files. Play the first few in VLC to find the distributor's screens (mine was only the first one). These are the files you will delete or ignore. Join the remaining files with the unix "cat" command using extract's method. Use DVD4 on the resulting VOB file.
