    I am trying to install lame but get this error below and cannot find file its asking for can anyone show me how to install this

    I cannot even see a file called LameACM.acm with a ext saying .acm

    usually the files needed come zipped together and you unzip the inf and acm to a folder then right click on the inf and choose install. if you don't have the needed files download the lame package again.

    Go to Control Panel->Folder Options and untick "Hide extensions....":

    its ok now as I downloaded this 1 lameACM-3.97 and it worked ok the other 1 i downloaded was just lame-3.97 with-out the ACM
