    Hi Guys, im new here. I have a 1GB .mpg video that I want to convert to a easily downloadable format that can still remain of good quality.

    i would like to know of a file format that would do this

    wmv using windows movie maker or window media encoder.
    mp4,mov,avi h264/avc using super.
