Comes out all crazy. The Audio is on point alot of times but the video is moving super fast. And also the clip could be like 15 secs but the total time of the clip will say something like 30 mins. This is happening no matter what prog I use, does this problem sound familiar to anybody?
Mostly AVI files cause I cut them to use on my phone sometimes as ringers sometimes to watch. Shit worked fine I used to cut with Easy Video Splitter. Then like 2 months ago this started happening so I switched Progs. But it didnt matter. Even things I cut with Windows Movie Maker or any program that cuts the file ends up like that its weird as hell.

they are AVI clips, and it doesnt matter which program I use. I've tried with Easy Video Splitter, Windows Movie Maker and others and it all comes out the same. I thought it was Vista but it did the same on my comp with XP.

AVI's converted from Youtube files, mainly videos that I put on my cell. Do you mean like specific parameters? Like the encoding?

    don't cut

use super, it has the option of skipping any number of seconds of the video and start encoding at the point you want

it also has the option to encode for a specific number of seconds

IMO: it is the best thing available for converting videos to portable media, especially for converting for phones

the options are undet options other ,just click on that box after making all your other settings

Press the "Other opts" button to the right in the green area of the screen shot above.
    Then you'll get this:

Why not? It can be about anything.
File size is a function of bitrate and time. Set the bitrate to suit your needs and expectations.
