  1. Whenever I try to use the cce 2.64 plugin with flask it seem that the plugin exit right away when I press the encode button. What is wrong?

  2. You MUST first have Premiere 5.1 or later installed. There's something about it in 2.64 besides the registry entries. I looks to see if its there and will do just as yours is doing if its not.
Install the plugin abd make sure the plug in installes to the Premiere plugin folder. Second you MUST use Xmpeg 4.2 (Flask). Its seems to have the correct interface to this encoder. Go to the Premeire Plugin folder and copy, not cut, the cce plugin to the False Xmpeg folder and do the rename to .ce.Xmpeg
I'm not exactly sure if you HAVE to install the new 0.93 premiere server/client thats out now. Seems like I had too so do that next.
    That should be it.
I'm running 2 AMD 750's with 512 and both are now using the CCe 2.64.
I must tell you that I had problems installing the CCe and getting it to work. There's an order to it. Even after you get it installed correctly I've had it encode one movie and turn around and find it doing what yours is doing again. I had to re-install the plugin. Its quick to recover from.
As I write this I've encoded 3 svcd movies since last night and am burning right now.
I did a 5 minute svcd sample run last night and man it was beautiful. Out does every encoder I've used so far.
I wish the guys would get Flask Xmpeg and this jewel tied together tight. Its a solid match

  3. Yes, I think you need premeire to make it work. Some sort of new protection I think. I don't think you need to install the premiere video server becuase you rae using the plugin. Another solution I think you can try, which I will also try, is to use the cce 2.64 standalone and flask with the videoserver plugin. I don't have premiere so this is my only solution.
Btw cce 2.64 has very good sound so no more seperate encoding of audio.

  4. That whole server thing I spent 2 days and could not get the thing to work. I finally found some info indicating the 2.64 doesnot serve from the typical tools.
I followed every tut and guide there was. All I got at the connect time was that the IPCServerAPI.avi was used by another application and nothing I could do would allow it to work. When I found the plug in I tossed the entire AVIwrapper and server shit. I don't know what was wrong but enough waisted time is enough.
Its worksd and it seems stable and its output is very good. I'm done till the next nightmare DVD ripping upgrade!

  5. Nope I was wrong. The standalone version doesn't work. It only work in the beggining like the plugin then freeze after I reset the computer. The only solution I know of is to install the plugin whenever you want to encode something then uninstall after you're finish. Repeat the install process each time you want to record a movie. Important, when you reset the computer the plugin and the stanalone will not work. That why you need to reinstall each time.
Btw I'm using the cce 2.64 sp trial version.
Maybe that why it is so buggy
I think it has nothing to do with premeire since the standalone has the same problem as the plugin.

  6. Well I don't know either. I can encode one after the other without restarting or renstalling the plugin. I restarted and had to just re-install the plugin because it would drop right out of encoding.
I's buggy. Damn buggy. But its the best encoder I've seen. So we deal until the next version comes out.
I'm using the trial too cracked.

  7. Yes, we have the exact same problem. It will encode as many time as we want as long as we don't restart the computer after installing the encoder. If we restart the computer then the encoder stop working forcing us to reinstall. Maybe it is because of the trial version. I saw many people complaining on doom9.org forum.
Well the good new is that to make it work again, we just need to reinstall and apply the crack. It only take less then 5 minutes so no big deal.
I agree cce 2.64 is the best but it is too buggy.

  8. The way I have it now, I don't have to apply the crack. Since I have the Premiere installed I just do another install of the plugin to where ever it thinks the premiere is and that's it. The one Flask is using is in the flask directory and that's the one that's cracked.

I'm hoping someone will get this patched and we can get on with the business at hand RIPPING!!

  9. Actually you don't need premiere. Just install the plugin into the temp folder. Then make a copy and put it into the flask folder. Crack the one in the flask folder. Then whenever you need to use the encoder, just reinstall into the temp folder.
Dont' know if this will mess up the computer if I keep on installing the same thing over and over.
Btw you didn't uninstall before you reinstall did you?
