what programs have the best menu templates, 3d, great effects around?

Looking for a good software that has excelent menus like templates, 3d, cool graphics, motion, great effects.. built-in or as an individual package, or add-on.

Personally, I think they are all pretty cheesy and very quickly make you work look samey and cliched. probably the slickest of the lot would be iDVD.

If you really want something that doesn't look like it came out of a can, spend some time learning how to use the right tools to create the effects yourself.

I have never seen anything that has really impressed me. None of them do what you want.
